PIERRE BEAN SALAD 
1/4 c. olive or salad oil
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/8 tsp. each dry mustard, garlic powder, salt & pepper

Mix ingredients. Pour liquid off 1 (1 pound) can string beans and new potatoes. Slice potatoes. Mix with dressing and green beans and marinate 1 to 2 hours.

At serving time toss with 3 tablespoons chopped green onions. One or 2 tomatoes and 1 can chopped ripe olives. Taste, add more salt if needed. Pour in bowl lined with lettuce and garnish with caper stuffed anchovies. Serves 6.
