MACARONI AND CHEESE | |
1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni 3 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/4 c. minced onion (optional) 3 tbsp. butter 2 c. milk Dash pepper 2 c. shredded sharp processed cheese Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender. Melt butter, blend in flour. Add milk, cook and stir until thick. Add salt, pepper, onion, and cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Mix sauce with macaroni. Bake in oven at 350 degrees about 45 minutes or until bubbles form and browned. |
