OVEN HASH BROWNS 
2 lbs. hash browns, slightly thawed
1 c. sour cream
1 c. finely chopped onions
Crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/2 can cream of potato soup

Mix cheese, sour cream, salt, onions, soup and milk together. Pour hash browns in a 9x13 inch pan and cover with first mixture. Top with crushed corn flakes and melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Great with baked ham.
