OATMEAL PATTIES 
2 eggs (Scramblers or Eggbeaters)
1 sm. onion, diced
2 cans mushroom soup
2 c. rolled oats, dry

Combine egg substitute, onion, oats and 1 can soup, undiluted. Mix well. Drop from tablespoon into hot oil to form patties. Brown on both sides. Place in casserole dish and cover with remaining can of soup, diluted according to directions on label. Cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Yields 12-14 patties.
