ZUCCHINI JAM 
6 c. grated zucchini, peeled & seeded
2 c. crushed, drained pineapple
1 lg. orange or apricot Jello
6 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 pkg. sure-gel

Cook zucchini, pineapple, sugar and lemon juice for 10 minutes. Add sure-gel. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add Jello. Put in jars and cover with wax. "This is a recipe my sister gave me and is very good."
