ITALIAN CHEESE PUFFS | |
1/2 c. water 1/4 c. butter 1/2 c. flour 2 eggs 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 c. finely chopped ham Heat oven to 400 degrees. Heat water and butter to a rolling boil in saucepan. Stir in flour all at once. Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a ball (about 1 minute). Remove from heat and beat in eggs thoroughly. Beat mixture until smooth and velvety. Next mix in ham and cheese. Drop dough by teaspoonful onto ungreased baking sheet and bake 25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. |
