STRAWBERRY ANGEL FOOD TORTE 
1 angel food cake, broken into sm. bite sized pieces
3 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
3 c. hot water
4 c. strawberries, fresh or frozen (if using frozen, thaw and drain well)
1 (16 oz.) container Cool Whip

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add strawberries. Add Cool Whip and fold together until blended. Refrigerate until partially set but NOT firm.

Place angel food cake pieces in 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour partially set Jello mixture over cake. Garnish with strawberries. Refrigerate.

NOTE: Any fruit-Jello combination may be used.
