LASAGNE - EASY! | |
1/2 lb. to 1 lb. ground beef 1 c. chopped onion 2 lg. cloves garlic, minced 2 tsp. oregano, crushed 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed tomato soup 1/2 c. water 2 tsp. vinegar 1/2 lb. plain lasagna noodles, cooked and drained 2 pts. Ricotta cheese 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced or grated (more if preferred) Grated Parmesan cheese Brown beef and cook onion, garlic, and oregano until onion is tender. Add soup, water, and vinegar. Simmer 30 minutes; stir now and then. In shallow baking dish, 12 x 8 x 2 inch, arrange 3 alternate layers of noodles, Ricotta cheese, meat sauce, and Mozzarella. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting. |
