HAM STRADA 
20 slices bread
3 c. bite size ham
10 oz. pkg. sharp cheddar cheese
10 oz. pkg. Swiss cheese
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 c. corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter

Grease 9"x13" pan with butter. Cut crusts off bread, cut in half and arrange in bottom of pan. Spread 1/2 the ham and 1/2 of the cheeses (grated). Repeat layers (bread/ham/cheese). Combine slightly beaten eggs, seasonings and milk. Pour over layers. Cover and let stand overnight in the refrigerator. The next day mix corn flakes and melted butter and spread over the top of the strada. Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 375 degrees. Let set at least 10 minutes after baking. This feeds 10 to 12 people.
