HOMEMADE APPLESAUCE 
4 medium apples
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
Cinnamon (few shakes)

Cut and core apples (peel them if you like). Put the cut-up apples, sugar, water, and cinnamon in saucepan. Cover and cook at medium heat (simmering) for 15-20 minutes. Let the apples cool, then mash them with a fork or potato masher.
