LEMONY ANGEL FOOD CAKE DESSERT 
1 angel food cake
1 env. Knox unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1/4 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice (thawed)
1 1/2 c. whipped cream

Break angel food cake into pieces and put in buttered 9 x 13 cake pan. Soften 1 envelope unflavored gelatin with 1/4 cup cold water. Add 1/4 cup boiling water and dissolve. Add sugar and dissolve, add lemon juice and orange juice concentrate (thawed). Mix together. Chill until set. fold in 1 1/2 cups whipped cream. Pour over angel food cake and refrigerate.
