PAULA'S 7 - UP POUND CAKE 
2 1/2 cups sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 cup Crisco
5 eggs

Beat these items till creamy. Add one egg at a time to the above mixture. With mixer on low add the items below to the above mixture.

3 cups flour
3/4 cup 7-up
1 teaspoon butter flavoring
1 teaspoon lemon flavoring
1 teaspoon coconut flavoring

Mix above ingredients one cup at a time.

Bake at 300°F - 325°F for 1 1/2 hours. Test with toothpick for doneness and make sure it's golden brown.

This was great. I didn't add the coconut flavoring because I didn't have it, but this was awesome! I also made some lime icing and drizzled it on the top when it was cooled (just lime juice and confectioners sugar). I will make again when I have the coconut flavoring to see how that tastes. Thanks for this recipe.
