CHEESY TUNA AND TWISTS | |
8 oz. uncooked corkscrew macaroni 2 tbsp. butter 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables (thawed) 1 can cream of mushroom soup 3/4 c. milk 1 c. shredded cheese Dash of salt & pepper 1 can tuna, drained Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile in a skillet over medium heat, cook vegetables in butter, 2 minutes, stirring often. Add soup to skillet; stir until smooth, then add milk. Add cheese, salt and pepper. Heat until cheese melts. Stir in tuna and cooked macaroni. heat through. (Makes about 6 cups.) |
