SAVORY LOG 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. bacon bits or 3 slices crisp crumbled bacon

Coating:

1/3 c. chopped parsley or dill
1/3 c. chopped pecans

Mix first 4 ingredients. Form into log. Chill. Roll in the parsley and nuts. Chill again. Slice in 24 slices. Arrange on greens of salad. Use Zesty Italian dressing to dress greens or slice and lay on rye rounds, cracker or bread for appetizer.
