1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. cocoa
3 zucchini (6" long)
1/2-1 c. chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream sugars, butter and oil together. Add flour and liquids; mix well.

Grate zucchini and blend into above mixture. Pour into greased and floured 9"x13" baking pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over batter. Bake 45 minutes.
