HOT TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. tomato, chopped
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 green onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic salt or powder
2 med. bags taco chips, crushed
1 med. head lettuce, chopped fine
3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
16 oz. mild taco sauce
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 (2 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning

Brown ground beef and drain. Add enough water to cover and keep hot. Add taco seasoning, cumin, and garlic salt. Cook on medium heat until thick. 15 minutes before serving, toss together lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, onion, mayonnaise, and taco sauce. Add hot meat and mix. Heat bowl or heat complete salad in microwave for 45 seconds on high.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
