BUTTER TARTS 
Pie pastry
Walnuts

FILLING:

1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/3 c. melted butter
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. cream

Place pie pastry in muffin tins with a few walnuts in bottom and pour in the filling to 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees. Bake until crust is brown, approximately 15 minutes.
