1 env. unflavored gelatin 1/2 c. cold water 6 sugar substitutes 1/4 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. lime juice 3/4 c. fresh orange juice 2 egg whites 2 oranges, sectioned Sprinkle gelatin on cold water in top of double boiler to soften. Place over boiling water and stir until gelatin dissolved. Add sugar substitutes, salt, lime juice, and orange juice. Stir. To chill quickly, half fill lower part of double boiler with ice cubes and water; set upper half of double boiler over ice water. Chill until slightly thickened. Beat with mixer until mixture holds shape. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Fold in orange sections. Chill until firm in 9 or 10 inch mold. |
