1 pkg. white cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cold milk
1 box vanilla instant pudding
1 c. lg. crushed pineapple

Bake cake and let it cool. Mix other ingredients and pour over cooled cake. drain pineapple and pour over filling. Cover with layer of Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut.
