PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. precooked rice
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. shortening
1/2 soup can of water
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Mix 1/4 cup of soup with beef, rice, egg, onion, and salt. Shape firmly into 16 meatballs. Brown meatballs and garlic in shortening; pour off fat. Blend in remaining soup, water, and mustard. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until done. Stir now and then. 4 servings.
