CORN PUDDING 
2 c. fresh corn, cut from cob
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar (add to taste)
3 eggs

Add corn, milk, butter, flour, and seasonings. Beat eggs together until light; add to the mixture. Pour into a buttered 1 quart baking dish, and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until firm like a custard.
