FRIED SEAFOOD DELUXE | |
1 lb. boneless & skinless fillets of any fish suitable for frying, salted sparingly 12 to 14 Ritz crackers, crushed to coarse cracker meal 1 egg, beaten 1/2 c. flour Put flour in paper bag. Drop fillets into bag and shake, coating fish liberally. Dip coated fillets in beaten egg, then roll fillets into cracker meal. Fry in oil above medium heat. Do not over cook. Remove from fry pan when lightly brown on each side. Cooks very, very quickly! |
