OVEN - BUTTERED CORN STICKS 
2 c. biscuit mix
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can cream style corn
4 tbsp. butter

Melt butter in a 10 x 15 x 1 inch baking pan. In mixing bowl, combine corn and biscuit mix. Stir until soft dough is formed. Knead about 12 to 15 strokes on floured board. Roll to 10 x 6 inch rectangle. Cut into 1 x 3 inch strips. Roll dough strips in melted butter to cover and arrange in single layer. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Yield: 20 bread sticks.
