MOLASSES PECAN PIE 
3/4 c. brown sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. dark corn syrup
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped pecans
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend brown sugar with butter, add corn syrup, eggs, and salt. Add vanilla and mix well. Add pecans and turn into pie plate lined with pastry. Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees, reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake until pie is set. Total baking time approximately 45 minutes.
