PECAN PIE 
2 (9 inch) pie crusts
1 box light brown sugar
4 eggs
2 c. broken pecans
2 tsp. cornmeal
2 tsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs, cornmeal, water, vanilla, pecans and salt. Mix well. Pour into pie crusts (pie crust will be crispier if baked one minute at 400 degree before pouring pie filling in). Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, or until firm.
