BROCCOLI & SHELLS SALAD 
1 med. bunch fresh broccoli, cut into 1/2" pieces
4 c. uncooked shells
3 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. heavy cream
2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook pasta in large pan for 3 minutes. Add broccoli and cook until pasta is done (about 8 minutes). Drain broccoli and pasta; to both add cream, butter and Parmesan cheese. Add salt to taste. Serve warm or refrigerate and warm up in microwave before serving. Serves 8.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
