PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1 sm. onion, diced
1/2 c. long cooking rice
Salt and pepper to taste
Qt. tomato juice, seasoned to taste

Bring tomato juice to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Make walnut sized balls of ground beef and rice mixture and add to tomato juice. Cook for about 45 minutes.
