BRENT AND CHIP'S PEANUT BUTTER
FUDGE
 
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. light corn syrup
3/4 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Combine butter, corn syrup, peanut butter, salt, and vanilla in a large bowl. Stir in powdered sugar. Knead (with hand) on board or waxed paper covered countertop) until smooth. Flatten with hands. Let set a minute. Cut into squares. Store in covered container with layers separated by waxed paper. Can be refrigerated.
