2 2/3 c. powdered sugar
1/3 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 lg. egg yolk
1/3 c. soft shortening
5 tbsp. hot water

SMALL CAKE:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 egg yolk
1/4 c. soft shortening
3 1/2 tbsp. hot water

Sift together powdered sugar, salt and cocoa. Add egg, shortening and hot water and blend with electric mixer until smooth.
