2 rolls chocolate chip cookies Pillsbury refrigerated)
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3 eggs
2 c. sugar

Slice 1 roll cookies, put in bottom of 10"x15" pan for crust. Soften cheese, add sugar and eggs. Beat well. Pour on crust. Slice other roll of cookies, put on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
