MARINATED MOSTACCIOLI SALAD 
1 lb. box mostaccioli noodles
1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. coarse pepper
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 med. onion, sliced
1 med. cucumber, sliced
Parsley to taste

Blend vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, Accent, garlic powder and mustard in blender or with egg beater. Cook noodles as directed, add few drops yellow food coloring to noodles while cooking. Drain and cool noodles, then coat lightly with cooking oil. Combine everything in large container and refrigerate at least overnight. Serves 8.
