ZUCCHINI QUICHE 
3 c. zucchini, sliced thin
1 c. Bisquick
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 eggs
1/2 c. any sharp cheese, grated

Mix all ingredients. Pour into two oiled 8-inch pans or one long pan. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
