CASSEROLE FOR THE CROWD | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 c. chopped onions 3/4 c. chopped celery 1 (12 oz.) can drained corn 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. sour cream 1/4 c. chopped pimento 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 (16 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked 1 c. seasoned croutons Brown meat; drain. Add onions; cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients except noodles and croutons; mix well. Stir in cooked noodles. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with croutons. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. |
