FIRST LAYER:

1 box German chocolate cake mix or yellow
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter, melted
2 eggs
1/2 c. nuts
1 c. coconut

Combine cake mix, melted butter, eggs, nuts and coconut thoroughly. Mixture will be stiff. Pat into greased and floured 9"x13" pan.

SECOND LAYER:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 lb. box confectioners' sugar

Blend cream cheese, eggs and sugar together. Pour over first layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
