24 HOUR SPINACH SALAD | |
1/2 head iceberg lettuce 1 bunch spinach, cleaned 1 pkg. frozen peas 4 hard boiled eggs 1 bunch green onions 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. salad dressing (Miracle Whip) 1/3 c. milk 1 pkg. dried sour cream mix (HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch) 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated 8 slices bacon, fried Layer lettuce and spinach (torn in pieces) into bowl. 2nd Layer: Peas (separated), egg (sliced), bacon (crumbled); chopped green onions with tops, then frost with dressing. Top with the grated cheese. Frost the salad dressing mixture which is the mayonnaise, salad dressing, milk and the sour cream mix. Looks very pretty in a large glass bowl. |
