NEOPOLITAN SHEET CAKE | |
1 pkg. strawberry Jello (4 serving size) 1 pkg. fudge marble cake mix TOPPING: 1 package vanilla instant pudding (4 serving size) 1 envelope Dream Whip (2 to 2 1/2 cup servings) 1 1/2 cups cold milk 1 teaspoon vanilla Dissolve Jello in 3/4 cup boiling water and then add 1/2 cup cold water--set aside. Bake cake in 13x9x2-inch pan. Cool cake 20 minutes. Poke holes through cake. Slowly pour Jello into holes. Refrigerate while preparing topping. TOPPING: Blend and whip topping mix, instant pudding, cold milk and vanilla until stiff. Frost cake. Refrigerate. Can be prepared and frozen. |
