TEXAS PECAN CAKE 
1 pkg. butter pecan cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
1 pkg. Coconut Pecan frosting mix (dry)
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut

Combine and mix well the cake mix, eggs, oil and water. Fold in remaining ingredients. Bake in 350 degree oven in a bundt pan for 1 hour or 3 medium size loaf pans for 30 minutes at 350 degrees and 15 minutes at 325 degrees. Keeps in the refrigerator for several weeks and freezes very well.
