SALMON QUICHE 
CRUST:

1 c. whole wheat flour
2/3 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped almonds
1/4 tsp. paprika
6 tbsp. oil

Combine all ingredients and set aside 1/2 cup. Press the rest of crust into bottom and sides of 9 inch pan, bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees.

QUICHE:

1 (15 oz.) can salmon
3 beaten eggs
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
1 tbsp. chopped onion
A few shakes of powdered red pepper

Flake salmon. Add all other ingredients. Put in baked and slightly cooled shell. Sprinkle reserved 1/2 cup crust over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
