SALMON BALL 
1 lg. can salmon, drained, save juice
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
4 tsp. salmon juice
1/3 c. green onion, diced
2 cream cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Chopped parsley

Mix everything except parsley and chill. Shape into a ball and chill. When firm, roll in parsley and serve with crackers or rusks.

RUSKS: Slice poor boy buns thin. Spread slices with garlic juice and melted butter, mixed. Toast in oven on both sides in 300 degree oven.
