COOKIES MADE BY KIDS
1 pkg. cake mix (any flavor you like
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs
1/2 can frosting (if you like)

You may add jimmy candy to batter for funfetti effect (about 1/4 cup).

Heat oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, oil and eggs; stir with spoon until thoroughly moistened. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place about 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. If you have a holiday cookie stamp, let the kids stamp away. If not, take glass and dip the bottom into flour and press the ball to flatten to 1/4-inch thickness.

Bake at 375°F for 6 to 8 minutes or until edges are lightly brown. Cool 1 minute and remove cookie from sheets. If desired, spread frosting over cookies or leave plain.
