FROZEN PICKLES 
7 c. sliced cucumbers, with skins
1 c. sliced onions
1 c. mango (opt.)
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. celery seed
1 c. vinegar

Mix everything together and let stand in refrigerator overnight. It won't look like there's enough water when you put them in, but the next morning, there's plenty. The next morning, put in containers and freeze.
