MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 can corn, drained
1/4 c. diced onions
1 can tomatoes
1/2 c. ripe olives, sliced
1/4 c. diced green peppers
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
Cheese, diced or shredded
Tortilla chips

Brown meat and onion, drain fat. Add corn, tomatoes, green pepper, seasoning mix and olives. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with cheese. Cover with crushed tortilla chips. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until bubbly and brown.
