CHINESE SALAD 
1 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
2 pkg. Oriental Ramen noodles, crushed
1/2 tsp. sesame seeds
1/4 c. butter
1 lg. Chinese or Napa cabbage, chopped
5 green onions, chopped
Slivered almonds

Mix first 4 ingredients thoroughly and refrigerate overnight. Saute ramen noodles and sesame seeds in 1/4 cup butter. Drain on paper towel.

Mix in large bowl sauteed items, cabbage, onion and almonds; add mixed dressing to taste. Serve as soon a possible.
