EASY CRANBERRY PIE | |
Filling: 2 cups fresh cranberries 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup chopped walnuts Grease well a 10-inch pie plate. Spread berries on plate, then sugar and nuts over the berries. Crust: 2 eggs 1 cup sugar 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted 1/4 cup vegetable oil pinch of salt Gradually add sugar to well beaten eggs, add flour, butter, oil and a pinch of salt. Pour mixture over the berries and bake at 325°F for 1 hour or until brown. Serves 10-12. Submitted by: Eva Bordner |
