SKILLET PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
4 pork chops
1 c. uncooked rice
1 lb. canned tomatoes
1 1/2 c. water
2/3 c. chopped green peppers
1/3 c. chopped onions
Salt and pepper

Brown pork chops in skillet, remove. Put rice into drippings and cook, s stirring constantly, until brown. Add remaining ingredients. Place pork chops on top. Cover and cook on low heat for 20 to 30 minutes. Turn off heat and leave on stove for 20 minutes.
