1 tube saltine crackers
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Place saltine cracker squares on greased cookie sheet. Boil for 1 minute the butter and brown sugar. Pour over crackers. Bake in 350 degree oven for 8 minutes. While hot, pour chocolate chips over cracker mixture. Wait a few minutes then spread chocolate chips out like frosting. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Wait until completely cooled before cutting.
