SAUSAGE BITES 
1/2 lb. bulk country sausage, browned and drained
1 1/2 c. biscuit baking mix
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded mild Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. beef flavored instant bouillon

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Shape into small balls. Place 1 inch apart on lightly greased baking sheets. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Remove from baking sheets immediately. Serve hot. Makes about 36.
