BARBECUED CHINESE PORK CHOPS 
1/2 c. sherry
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. cornstarch
8 (3/4" thick) pork chops
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. red food coloring
1/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Combine first 8 ingredients; mix well. Arrange pork chops in shallow baking dish. Pour sauce over chops, cover, refrigerate several hours, turning chops every hour. Drain chops, save marinade. Place chops on grill about 5" from glowing coals. Grill until chops are browned, 12 to 15 minutes. Turn and cook until well done, 10 to 15 minutes more. Combine reserved marinade and cornstarch; blend well, cook, stirring constantly until thickened, serve sauce over chops.
