CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breast, cooked until tender
1 sm. carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pk. Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted

Cut chicken into small pieces and place in casserole. Mix soup and cream together and spread over chicken. Roll crackers and mix with butter. Spread over top of casserole. Bake 20 minutes at 325 degrees.
