Various flavors of thin sliced lean meats (turkey, beef, ham or pastrami; comes in packages)
Soft cream cheese

Take slice of meat, spread soft cheese on it, roll meat up from corner to corner.

Let chill several hours, serve with garnishes on a tray.

Can also use soft cream cheese with chives.
